5 ghz with give you High speed. My plan is of 50mbps I got 130 mbps in 5ghz and 40mbps in 2.4 ghz. I suggest you to shift on dual band router. For best results.

All ok except, It won't work....not only landline number, vlan ID is also important. U must call ur nodal office and get the vlan ID assigned by them...to your (Mac/ip)

Today replaced with old single band modem...but getting extremely low speed in 2.4 ghz wifi (1 or 2mbps or sometimes below 1 also) and getting superb speed in 5ghz wifi (55mbps and above ) Is there any setting to enhance speed in 2.4ghz in modem or can it be increased from OLT for 2.4ghz wifi?

You cannot restrict the speed on user to user basis. You can create a guest network and restrcit the speed limit for that SSID then whoever connects to that SSID will get the specified limited speed.
