The closest thing I have is a OXCO 10MHz reference. However, I will build an GPS disciplined VCTCXO reference to surpass the previous one. Anyway, nice video!
By the way, I've "calibrated" my frequency counter by replacing its 10MHz crystal and its trimpots with a DOT050F-010.0M TCXO. This replacement seems to be a bit unorthodox, but it worked. Now it is very precise. You can see it in action in one of my recent videos (both the low jitter reference and the hacked frequency counter).

It´s just a chain of dual BCD-counters used as divide-by-ten from the 74HC-series.
