watch the timer top left, couldn't have really been a splice without the timer shifting, also seems like a useless place to put a splice. im aware that any second saved is great in speedrunning but truly only a frame or two (if it were spliced) wouldve been cut and it wouldnt have saved more than a second at most, so definetly not a splice.
