Hey Julia, you really inspire me. The way you managed to become a flight attendant is incredible, and you're also very down to earth and show the truth of this job. You are my biggest inspiration for becoming a delta flight attendant.
How wonderful you were able to be in Salt Lake City for your sister's dance company's performance. Thanks for sharing all the beautiful mountains. And yes, Texas is very flat. Born and bred Texas gal here. If you ever want to get a look at very different Texas scenery, head to Big Bend. Thanks, Julia, for the vlog.
Hi Julia, I was just catching up on your most recent posts and stumbled across this video. In this video you mentioned you had somewhat of a recurring problem during layovers, sometimes waking up with some blotchy skin and other types of inflammation. In recent videos you've also mentioned you have chronic allergies to pollen and other seasonal challenges. Understanding that you have underlying allergy challenges I wanted to mention a friend of mine who actually is a book author. She suffers from similar challenges. My friend Laura Stewart is the author of the book what would a Wise woman do. She suffers from terrible hotel allergies a number of the sprays that are used to freshen the rooms and the cleaning products often make traveling to different hotels unbearable. She's a great woman like a sister to me and an amazing human being. If you ever want some advice on the allergy side or the book side I'm happy to make an introduction. On a completely different note, watching your two most recent videos got me thinking about what some of your viewers might be interested in seeing. You often speak about working on editing and content creation. For someone like myself who has no experience on the platform but is fascinated by the product that you produce. It would be incredibly interesting if you did a series about the making of different kinds of videos, layovers, at home human interest videos, etc. I say this with a thoughtful smile on my face but when you were so honest to admit that you cuss just not on TH-cam I thought that was beautiful. I was shocked but you're just a person like all of the rest of us. Good for you showing your integrity and honesty admitting to some of your own personal challenges. I had a few other thoughts I wanted to share but don't want to do it on a public platform. I sent you a introduction via LinkedIn if you accept it I'd be happy to send you a few additional thoughts via private message. Congratulations on the success of your channel and I've already started to watch your new channel and have subscribed! Best of luck building the new content for that channel.
I'm assuming that you will film your trip to PVR...if you have time on the ground I would love for you to go down town ...the Molacon ( board walk) whatever....have a great trip🌹
What a special time with your mom and sister!!🤩I can see that you get your personality from your mom-she looks and sounds like she loves life and enjoys the smallest things!! A wonderful way to be!!😊 As you were showing the new books you got, a question came to mind-what do you do with your books when you are finished reading them? Inquiring minds want to know!!😄Thanks for a great vlog Julia!!
Great vlog as always, Julia. It was great that you were able to see your sister and your mom and see your sister's dance company show. I think we had a case of like mother, like daughter with your mom and you being color cordinated.
Agree with you about Costco for winter clothes. We live in hot, humid South Florida but love to travel - especially to places with different climates than ours. We went to Greenland in late August, and then spent the entire month of December in Scandinavia (half of the time way, way up above the Arctic Circle) -- and most of our winter clothes came from Costco. Seriously. Our most important pieces: our parkas, our faux down liner jackets and vests, our wool socks, our thermal polos and long johns, all from Costco and at great prices. And they kept us toasty warm.
Very nice video. Thanks for taking us along. In these "Real Life" vlogs, I think it would be very interesting to note how many hours are flying (paid hours). It might give some perspective on how much time is spent, for example, in the airport waiting. How much time is spent waiting on boarding, delays, etc.
Hi Julia - regarding skin irritations - I too found the same - and for me it was the soaps they used in the cheap foam blanket between the sheets and the duvet. I just took that off and put it in the closet - seemed to work for me. The consistency and type of pillows didn't work for me either so I took a couple of towels and stuffed them in the pillow case of the foam pillows. Got a much better sleep that way.
Hey I work at a hotel and most bedding is washed with detergent and bleach so we can get all the stuff off and keep it clean. It has to be the bleach because my skin can do the same.
I am with you, Sprin, and Summer is my fave! We have had some beautiful days lately here in my state, and I have maximized my time outside! Love your vlog as always!
Hi Julia, so nice that you had a great layover, where you could see your mom and sister. Another great video, and have a wonderful day whenever your at
Great vlog as always! SLC is on my list. I need the sea around me. Salt water has been with all my life except when I lived in MI, but then I was on the shore of Lake Superior. Lol! If want to stay warm wear wool, and as few sets of clothing as possible. Why? To stay warm you need to heat up the air between the layers of clothing. Keep up the good work. Be safe!
Always a Bonus to see family when your flying 😊 Enjoy Montana! I grew up part of my life in {BIL}. Great scenery where you will be next week in {BZN}. Heard your voice a few months back in Terminal D. Was pressed for time. Will say ‘Hello’ next time. Fly safe. Godbless
Julia, do you ever work redeye flights from west coast to east coast? My 17 y/o daughter is flying alone for the first time next week from SFO to MIA on one of those redeye AA flights.
It's good to see you in my home state of Utah. If you ever get back there and have a few days yada check-out Provo canyon they have some real fun picnic spots there. Or Bryce canyon witch's a little further south. I was looking at becoming a flight attendant but I wasn't sure if there was a height requirement I'm 6'3" so wasn't sure if that disqualify. Currently I'm in Phoenix Arizona but traveling is one thing I love to do. Do you have the link to the airline you work for to see if there's any openings?
Loved the video......the gorgeous views of SLC.....seeing your beautiful Mom and Sister..so happy you had a wonderful trip. Sorry about your face rash, looks like it went away quick tho', but when I can, I try to bring a towel from home to lay over my hotel pillow to avoid as much hotel pillow contact as I can. Recently had a fun family trip to Phoenix and how gorgeous the mountains and cacti there! Way far off could see snow covered mountain tops! Keep having fun and take care!
Ur videos are growing on me I've always wanted to be a nurse or flight attendant but never got there I regret it now I'm 58 going to be 59 may 30th that sucks
I've always wanted to work as a flight attendant, and your advice has definitely helped me a lot. I was curious if you had worked with anybody who suffered from a medical condition like epilepsy.
Hi Julia - Greetings from the northwest corner of Indiana! I am a new subscriber. I see that we have a lot in common from reading to travel. I love everything about the travel industry (flying, cruises, Scandinavia, all inclusive beach resorts in Jamaica, golfing in AZ, etc). I also enjoy a good sitting-on-the-edge-of-your-seat-who-dunnit. I like reading James Patterson's books the most. Can you recommend another author who writes a quick moving mystery like Patterson does?
Thinking... Thinking... but Giulia... have you Italian origin ?...well well.. you made a fantastic dishes of Gnocchi !!!!! well well made and a great sauce... you are teaching me !!! great job !!! i love your video ... thank you so much ! see you next video ... Ciao ...

Oh that was a great video! Love it when you get to see family and the schedule works out! Your pasta recipe looks good. Look into the type of pillows you use of Hypoallergenic Pillow. Basically any pillows that don't have feathered in them ..

Always amazing content! Thanks so much for sharing. The meal looks delicious and we will try it! You rock!
Thank you!! 🤩
Thanks for the great video Julia and spectacular
Flight attendants don’t get paid a lot, I’m just wondering is it hard to make ends meet with the pay you get? Does the low pay ever discourage you?
Such a sweet inspirational lady! Have a good weekend Julia! Hope to meet you one day at the gates ✈️✈️🐾
Book-of-the-Month club is way older than you are. It has been around for decades. There are many other clubs as well.
I'm trying to stay positive like you

Very good job, Julia ❤
Thank you! 🤩
You’re welcome!
1:27 I watched the paid advertisement because of Lunar!
Julia, have a chat to some of the older Pilots about the Ozone filters on the aircraft.. I think I know what’s happening re your eyes/skin…
Sounds like the detergent used by the hotel is your best bet for your skin problem.
I’m looking for a good book recommendation that I can take on a trip. Preferably suspense or mystery. Thank you.
I also have the same coat from Costco in black. 😀
Mystery and suspense: never lie or rock paper scissors!

Thank you & agreed! 🏔️😍
I love little Miss Kira! What a sweetheart! ❤
I'm a native of Utah
Hi. And first, I do agree with you, Utah is really gorgeous, AND i really only know the Northern section. This is why a couple of years ago, I suggested-encouraged you to get up one of those lifts in Park City. You wount beleive the views until you do. To be honest I wish I had gone to some of the National Parks in Utah, but so far I have not. Tell your sister NOT to make the mistake that I have. As far as you book. it remined me of a couple of things. First you stated you were watching "The Last of Us" and really enjoyed it. Well, you convinced me to continue watching more, and while I still dont enjoy Zombie stuff, it is an interesting series. Have you ever watched the movie Interstellar? If not I would put that on your bucket list. You should suggest to your sponsor that they should consider a Kkndle/EB F supscription for those that travel, cause carrying a lot of books can be a pain. (literally). To next time. Have fun in MT. Never been there.
Dinner looked amazing, thanks for the good idea!
Thank you, it was absolutely delicious!
Looking forward to the MT vlog. A good friend of recently relocated to Helena and the pictures she's posted are breathe taking!
Ahhh I can’t wait! 🏔️
