Rathman!!! When I was a kid in the 80's and early 90's I used to mail football cards to the players with an extra card and self addressed stamped envelop asking them to sign one of the cards and send back to me. Jerry Rice (probably his assistant) sent a 8 x 10 black and white signed photo. Well it was a nice copy of a signed photo. Joe Montana sent back the cards that looked like he had signed them but I later found out that he was so popular they used a special machine to sign 100 cards at a time. Rathman actually signed both cards and mailed them back to me.
