But its always advisable to have a booking done already. Tents can cost you 400- 700₹ per tent.

But for a person with 5 slipped discs and a bunch of freshers, it surely becomes a mammoth task. During my army days, I used to do super tough treks ranging from 10km to 30km in a day while doing patrolling which required all sorts of mountaineering skills like rappelling, rock climbing, rope fixing, walking in snow etc. But after my injury, I did this trek after a gap of close to 7 years and I chose this trek to begin with coz its easy. Yes the breakfast was around 180₹, they charged a little more for everything but I guess with the efforts they are providing food at such distant places is well worth to be paid extra.

You have to book camps on travel booking websites beforehand for tosh but in kheerganga you can go directly n ask for tent. But its always advisable to have a booking done already. Tents can cost you 400- 700₹ per tent.

I know its indeed an easy trek for healthy people. But for a person with 5 slipped discs and a bunch of freshers, it surely becomes a mammoth task. During my army days, I used to do super tough treks ranging from 10km to 30km in a day while doing patrolling which required all sorts of mountaineering skills like rappelling, rock climbing, rope fixing, walking in snow etc. But after my injury, I did this trek after a gap of close to 7 years and I chose this trek to begin with coz its easy.
