So does this work the same way with night vision, because I heard that night vision also has to do with key frames if I am correct

half correct, the act of keyframing is animating effect values to make complex animations. making night vision is just a shader effect. normally it would be makeable by just setting a outline to black or white and the screen color to green both in dope 2.3.1

Can you please make a tutorial on how to add a video to an avatar? I make edit intros and have no idea how to add it to my avatar.

so if you wanna add a video youd have to turn it into a gif and then a spritesheet then put the spritesheet into dope or docme or leviant or really any shader that supports spritesheets.
the problem with doin this is u cant really do anything longer than like 15 seconds because file size.
im dogshit at making tutorials so maybe.

how do u create a gesture for the animation?

i dont make gestures for my anims but it should be almost the same way as to make a toggle. There is some good tutorials out there on how to make a gesture, the only difference is that you just have to make it toggle the cube / particle system and not whatever item or accessory the tutorial will tell you to make the on/off anims for.
I haven't made a gesture in a very long time so im not 100% sure on how to make one.
