I used to have painful ovulation and spotting during ovulation i did several ultrasounds but nothing found here still now and i still have painful ovulation every month 😔
According to my research from internet suffering from painful ovulation for 7 years i got to know that maybe there is the only way to know it though laparoscopy is the only was to diagnose that endometriosis but i am not expert its baised on internet and the only hormone medication is recommended by all doctor's but its not permanent solution and even surgery is also not permanent solution for maximum cases so i am bareing pain every month and sadly living with that disorder hope i am now 26 even if we manage to give birth still that problem is not gonna go away but i saw in some gernal it goes away after menopause hope i would get relief at 49 or 50 after 23 year later if i could made that then 🤣 💔
@@mithuthemoustacheparakeet we can try some multivitamins or an ayurvedic doctor...now this is my last hope otherwise I also get relief from this on my 50's 😂... I am trying ayurvedic medicines and pain gets lessened but not permanently eradicated...
@@mithuthemoustacheparakeethaving a similar issue, I think I have endometriosis but nothing was found on a laparoscopy still get ovulation pain each month, pms pain and period pain. I wake up every morning with pain it generally eases throughout the day when I’m busy and comes back at night. I’ve had 10/10 pain to the point I felt like I was dying sometimes. And the doctors have told me nothing is wrong I’ve given up and just living with it hoping it isn’t anything life treating. Sorry u have to deal with this. Has there been any progression since u commented here?
Can you answer a question? If I had a baby last year, would they have checked if I had endometriosis during that time? Or can it develop afterwards? Thanks
I mean herbs can have side effects, but they're usually more gentle than medication, and I never experience any side effects from herbs, but I had horrible side effects from birth control
@@bluegrasskid I used motherwort for years before developing endometriosis, and it worked wonderfully. It would completely take my cramps away and worked way better than pills. I would take a few drops of a homemade mtoehrwort tincture right when my period started, and my cramps would be gone for the rest of my period. After developing endo, it seemed to stop working, but I noticed if I take it regularly during my luteal phase, it works better. I started trying to research more herbs to combine it with, and I stumbled across the brand Elix. It's traditional Chinese medicine. They make you a blend of herbs based on your unique symptoms. I decided to try it because it contains motherwort plus a bunch of other herbs I've never heard of, like angelica sinensis. It works well, and I do recommend it. They tell you you can take a double dose for endo, but I can't afford that, so I buy a dingle dose and gets extra herbs on Amazon. I prefer alcohol free tinctures. You can find tinctures made from motherwort, angelica sinensis, black cohosh, raspberry leaf, and more on Amazon. I like Elix because they use extra herbs I wouldn't have discovered on my own, and they custom tailor your formula, which is great because I'm not an expert herbalist, but just randomly trying out some of these herbs helped too. The longer you take them, the better they work. It has made my blood brighter red and less clumpy too, which is interesting. I still have bad period pains, but when I run out of herbs, my pains go from bad to severe. I also recently decided to try ancestral supplements female blend (it contains uterus and ovaries). I was skeptical and didn't expect it to help, but it actually did! I noticed a huge reduction in cramps after taking these. Unfortunately, stress plays a huge role in my endo pains, so if I'm super stressed, it will feel like nothing is working, but when I manage my stress, my body is a lot more receptive to the natural remedies.
i experience a severe intensity ovulation pain. It feels like someone is stabbing my lower abdomen and lower back with 100 knives. It is unbearable. It accompanies with nausea and dizziness.
@@curious_tanvi Hi Tanvi! I did visit a couple of gynaecologists. I had some blood tests and sonograms but nothing could actually come out as a diagnosis. My reports are absolutely normal. I also have extremely painful periods. I vomit, get unconscious. I literally roll on the floor due to the severe pain. All this accompanies with fever, cramps in my toes and fingers. It is the worst experience. Although I have started an Ayurvedic treatment along with a regular exercise. It is somehow helping me. My doctor says it will take some time but I will feel better. What about you? Have you consulted any doctor?
@@manasivkulkarni endo can only be diagnosed through surgery, so it's not surprising that your tests came back normal. All of my tests came back normal, but I was surgically diagnosed with endometriosis. Glad to hear you're using ayurvedic medicine! I refused all of the treatments they offered and decided to go the natural route as well . I rely on herbs and cycle syncing to balance my cycle.
You can also experience pain with ovulation if u don't have endo, don't be misled.. unfortunate she didn't state that right off the bat
Thanks, I was like wait what 😅

It can develop at any point in your life
There isn’t so many things tho there is go on birth control that have bad effects that’s it
I use herbs and cycle syncing. No, it doesn't fully fix the problem, but it improves the symptoms with no side effects

@@sundragon13 may I ask what herbs you use?
