Probably okaa-san and otou-san, which are the names that are commonly given to parents by the children.

I think most of Japanese called their parents something like Mama or Papa when they was child. but when they growed, they stop calling that cuz feel embarassed (someone still). and change it to Okaachan-Otouchan, or Okaa-Otou, or Kaachan-Touchan. cmiiw
