The fact that he is "competing" with another guy in the top10 of the MVP race (Jaylen) just makes it that much more impressive. Jokic is also a great defender but he's a rim protector versus the on-ball guy
@Slicc team success and defense separate Tatum from most other mvp candidates right now. Luka and jokic have better numbers rn but tatum is winning more and is the most well rounded of all candidates so I’d say he still has a strong shot unless on of their teams has a crazy winning streak later in the season
