So it wouldn’t make much sense for him to be able to talk to the Gorosei. Now In the recent filler episode, Headlines make waves across all countries about the annihilation of Elegia, with comments by Garp by saying “Roger would be crying…” and “This is a whole different side of Red-Haired. The Gorosei comment on this by showing their fear of Shanks and wanting him taken care of. We don’t know how he obtained a Rapport with the Gorosei but he did something to show that their fear isn’t misplaced and that they should tread lightly. Maybe it has something to do with Rogers trip to Raftel and knowing about the Void Century and using it against the Gorosei if he were to be killed? There’s so much we don’t know about Shanks, but the two filler episodes that is promoting the movie have given us a lot of information about Shanks and shown us of more of who his character is (Along with Beckman)
