Competitive Team Shooting Drills: Estonia Shooting

A competitive shooting drill that is played with 2 teams. Set out 7 cones on each end, and divide the team in half. We used 3 balls for 6 shooters per side. Balls start inside the 3-second area and pass to a teammate. Shooters shoot; if they make the shot, they pick up the cone and take it to the other basket, and return; if they miss, they rebound and pass to a teammate. First team with no cones left on its side wins.
