EXCELLENT tutorial. THANK YOU!! The cup method is GENIUS!! I've seen devices sold online that serve the same purpose as the cup method. I swear, the one device is over $300.00. The inserter is long enough to allow the wearer to stand while inserting the lenses. WELL DONE!!

Can we wear continuously 9-10 hours scleral lenses???
I wear mine at least 12-16 hours per day. I usually put mine in around 5:30 am & remove them on moat nights between 9 & 9:30 PM. Sometimes 10PM
