If you haven't already given Studio Village Takeaway a try, I highly recommend you do so. Hubby and I decided to try it out during a visit to the Gold Coast a few weeks ago and loved it. Whilst it was a bit of a drive from Southport where we were staying in a hotel, it was well worth it. No fuss, just good food (quality and quantity) and service.

The only thing KETO means is that it was fried in a kettle style pan. Those bread crumbs on the fish and zucchini have nothing to do with the meaning of keto.
It sounded like they weren't bread crumbs; probably some combination of nut flour, flax seed, and/or Parmesan cheese, all of which have little to no carbohydrate content. Ketogenic diets starve the body of carbohydrates to increase the levels of ketones in the blood, which, while potentially dangerous to healthy individuals, can be therapeutic to people with epilepsy and various other neurological disorders.
