Andrew worrying that he only read 29 books in one year vs me who can barely manage 2...
I got Harbinger of Justice on my kindle. The cover looks so great! Looking forward to the sequel
Cool to see a Booktuber who reads actually normal amount of books, I personally hold an opinion sometimes less is more.
Ok, I'm gonna have to add Assassin's Apprentice and also Sword of Kaigen to my must read of 2024..
Started Dungeon Crawler Carl Monday. Just in the first few chapters I laughed so hard and read so many snippets to my husband that he also started it. Unfortunately got sick that night and had such a headache the last few days the only way I could read was another book I had started on Audible. Can’t wait to get back to Carl and Princess Donut today!
Love that the top categories are so stacked, you had a great year!! Allll the love for Eska, I really need to read books 4 and 5! And your Assassin's Apprentice vlog also really made me want to reread that, lol thanks 🤣 This was fun!!
I really hope you all are proud - I listened to the first Dungeon Crawler Carl book and LOVED IT. I literally laughed out loud a bunch of times and found myself really falling in love with the main characters. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the series throughout the year. I also just put Harbinger of Justice on my TBR for this year. I just finished All Systems Red (Murderbot Diaries #1) and it's SO GOOD! I love how Martha Wells writes her characters.
I finidhed 120-130 new audiobooks last year and it was a great year. I would say 50+ of them were brilliant and half of those i either listened to again straight away or will listen to again soon.
I just got my friend to start assassin's apprentice. Fingers crossed she loves it almost as much as me. Love your channel!
Lol I love the passion we feel for Hobb I too forced this book upon two people, one being my dad who doesn’t read at all, hearing him talk about Verity in a very British way “he should tw*t Regal” is the highlight of my day
Awesome video and I put quite a few on my TBR list! One of them happened to be your book, very keen to read it.
I'm almost finished with Bookshops & Bonedust and personally, I would put it between the "Yes" and the "This was great" columns
That’s the one that I should have ranked a little higher. I still had a good time with it!
@@the_fools_tale I must say, though; I'm surprised I've yet to see a reference to the first moment Viv discovered coffee while out adventuring.
I remember it being mentioned in Legends & Lattes but I thought B&B would show that moment in its entirety
I loooove House of Blades. Will is crazy 🤪 and Travis reads him perfectly 🤓
Oh man, I just can't unsee the placement of New Spring on your shelf 😂
I’ve read both your book and The Shadow Casket and both were very good. Looking forward to more from both you and Chris.
Book 3 in the Dungeon crawler Carl was my least favorite so far! Starting the Combat Codes sometime this month I hope! Unpopular opinion, I wasn't a fan of Sword of Kaigen lol
Yeah book 3 seems to be a lot of people’s favorite but I loved book 4!
Dungeon Crawler Carl is so gdamn fun. Cant wait for the next book to come out. I really need to start The Ember Blade, its been sitting on my bookshelf forever.
No Andrew, WE CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SHADOW CASKET! 🤣
I respect you for slowing down and really digesting and enjoying your books! I tend to fly through my books and not retain as much as I should. I definitely lowered my book number goal for this year
