The same is happening in NICE ROAD connecting Tumkur road and Hosur road. There's a road repair work going on and due to this , there's is minimum of 30-40min delay everyday and they are taking FULL TOLL CHARGE. Also the toll charges are higher comparatively. Nobody can question the Authority because it is a privatized road.
Really appreciated for raising this question. This is being such a mental torture. After paying so much taxes and everything. Govt itself supporting such activities. Atleast we don't have options to pass through the service road. We to have pay for it. They are looting us.
Other point is for any reason if your Fast Tag is not working and if you pay by cash, it's double the toll amount...I saw an article on the same and the issue is in the court. in spite of roads were built on taxpayers money....its really unfortunate!!
Same I felt when coming in Bangalore - Mangalore road... Roads are under construction, built road aren't repaired properly.. But they collecting full toll.. It's happening from 2 years
