@sjferris1 how does 21:00 become an 11-2 equation? You can't disregard the tens place then add in the 1 when you get to 20. No math or logic supports that

So you are essentially subtracting 12 like big cat was saying, you’re just breaking it out into 10 and 2 and skipping the 10. I’m well aware it’s a weirder one to explain, but for some people like me it’s a much quicker way of doing it. Idk why we’re treating telling time like it has to meet Harvard math and logic standards lol if it works it works.
