Hi...this is great but my little strap got sucked into the hole....I cant unlatch and recline the middle seat as I can no longer tug on the strap...again, it fell into the hole and I am having trouble fishing it out....think the metal loop ring is too wide / thick to come up back thru the hole. Help?
jeff33tube I think the plastic cap that covers the strap can be removed. It’s been a while since I’ve messed with one but should be able to remove that part

Bottom latch is stuck on the side table (that's the term in the manual, FYI) and I need to switch back to the seat. Any tips to get it unstuck??
Was that an option for the 2008-2013 Highlander or did certain trim packages come standard with it.
