About Laurel Mountain Mustang from their website in owner Kevin Mills own words, a true Mustanger! " Laurel Mountain Mustang opened in 1989, but began with the love of the Mustang when I bought my 1967, 289 Clearwater Aqua Coupe with a black vinyl top. I restored this car, then bought another, and another, and another, and it snowballed into a full-time business. We know the Mustangs inside and out and we wish to help you with your Mustang needs -- from engine, fuel system, exhaust systems, heating, cooling, drivetrain, body, suspension, wheels, brakes, convertible items, books, stripes, decals, etc."
Check out all of these restored to better than new parts for the 69 project! Making it to the Mustang 50th anniversary, let's go!
Follow along on as this 1969 Ford Mustang M code ( 351 4 barrel) car goes though a cosmetic and mechanical restoration. This California, DSO 71 ( Los Angeles) black plate 1969 Coupe is loaded with options as verified by the Marti Report Originally sold at Fred Hauter Ford in Montrose CA( now closed) this car has remained in Southern California it's whole life. It was built in June of 1969 as is only 1 of 7 M code, Deluxe interior coupes. It came with the following options: 351 Windsor 4 barrel, FMX auto trans, Electric Clock, Wide Oval belted tires, Power front disc brakes, Power Steering, Air conditioning, AM\FM stereo, Interior Decor Group( think Mach 1 and Grande but with a bench seat),Tinted Glass, Argent Styled steel wheels( same as the GT and Mach for 69). The car is an unusual coupe and worthy of some attention.
The plan is to return the car to it's original Royal Maroon Paint-3059-A. Follow along for an in-dept series on the preservation and restoration of this cool 69.
Parts, parts and more parts! Ready to see them going back on the car .
Freddie, well wadda ya think now? Seriously thanks for watching and commenting so much !
Nice stuff! It's like Christmas at your place!
Yes sir and I love me some Christmas. Thanks Joe for checking in and posting!
Always love new parts.
It's a relief to not have to fully restore all of the components are rely on some good quality new parts.
I agree. Cleaning and refurbing those old parts is definitely a pain. Just another reason why my pockets are empty becuase I didn't want to put the old parts back on.
Cobrafanatik22 We have some pretty good vendor relationships so it's been good. Check your messages on TH-cam and I will send a quick tip.
Hey there is there any kits that raise there mustange using the same bolt on set up as this as its the same as my XG falcon outback
cool new parts
Thanks Dean !
What was the cost of this Kit? I have a 69 Mach 1 351W with power steering. Thinking of upgrading the whole front suspension along with converting the drum brakes to disc brakes.
Cool
Thanks Ron!
Are you Space Truckin?

Went out of business?!! wow...all I see is how you have ripped people off for years. Kevin.. you sold me a torino gt super suspension, I have so tech support questions and your company phone is out of service. The kit you sold me is not right and trying to call and now.. I am out about $1100.00 bucks... thanks a lot.
+Carlos Ramirez Carlos, I heard they did go out of business as I have not had any contact with them in over 6 months. Very sorry to hear your story, hard to believe that after 30 years they are just gone. At the time this was filmed ( 2 years ago) they were still going strong. Rich-Mustang Connection
