    Thank you for your research and for this share. Vacuum blending gives us an opportunity to consume the whole food virtually intact with little or no oxidation. Non overt fats mixed in with the greens. Fruits and berries alone by themselves for the most part. Thank you again !!

    Great review but i still have a few questions. Can you make coconut milk , oat milk using this vacuum blender? Is the motor and the blade as powerful as the description?
    Have you ever tried blending carrot ? Is it smooth?

      Some people takes them to work or make them evening before. Then it might be good thing. And it prevent to loose vitamins already while blending. But it's huge and noisy.

    This is an old video but the results of the apple juice seem to contradict what I know about vacuuming. I’ve always heard that the darker the juice, the purer it will be with more nutrients retained. The lighter it is, the more air is left in the juice. However, it is a beautiful machine with great functions but overpriced.

    Hey! Amazing video, thanks so much. If I make smoothie and then want to store it in the vacuum tumbler, won't it get oxidized just by moving it from the mixing jug to the vacuum tumbler? What would you suggest?

    • @plantbasedpros
      @plantbasedpros  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Libby, you are very welcome :) When you transfer the smoothie from the jug to the tumbler, you can vacuum it again and it will keep longer. Yes, there will be some oxidation from the movement. but not much, as long as you transfer it quickly. Any other questions reach out to us on our website.

    But even with the vacuum it still has seperation which is still not a good juice and means there is a loss of essential vitamins.

    • @plantbasedpros
      @plantbasedpros  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The vacuum will delay the process and will keep the juice and vitamins and minerals longer. Of course, as with anything, it will go bad eventually but it won't be as instantaneous.

    I noticed that you didn't show ANY EXTRA containers that will store the food smoothies in the fridge in a vacuum sealed AIR taken out way. ? Like a Nalgene style container or other for storage.
    Your almond mixture STILL has AIR exposed to it?
    Why did you not store it in an AIR Vacuum EXTRA container / bottle ?
    I was also wondering, why blending you sped up the video time lapse *great and thank you! - I didn't notice any air or how much was being taken out when blending the apples etc.
    Thanks !
    GREAT Video!
    I WILL be making one showing Oxidization process with Molecular Biology Soon !
    A video series with much detail.
    Thanks for ALL you do!
    GOOD job!

      Hi CrazyLarry, The blender comes with one carry on container that can fit on the blender and go under vacuum. You can buy additional containers if you would like.
      As far as the almond butter goes, the butter can be stored for longer as opposed to a juice or smoothie (that will separate almost immediately if not vacuumend first). It will last in the fridge for about a week and remain fresh so there is no reason to vacuum it. We definitely ate the butter within a couple of days :)
      As far as the apples go, we sped that part up since most people are busy and we didn't want to lose their interest by making a video that was super long.
      Thanks for watching and I hope to see your videos soon!

    You cannot make a JUICE in a BLENDER. What you made is blended apples with water. Juice is when you JUICE an apple (or any food) in a juicer. A completely different process and end result.
