- In this video I explain some simple troubleshooting steps that a helpdesk analyst can use to troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Using Wireshark to troubleshoot user support tickets is a great way to start learning about networking and work towards a full-time role in the field.
We cover two simple connectivity issues and how to use Wireshark to spot them. We also cover basic questions you should be asking every user who opens a ticket for network problems.
