11-Person Simultaneous World Record in Home Alone NES (

Home Alone for NES is finished when you've survived 20 in-game minutes (19:58 real-time) without being caught by the Wet Bandits. At the moment, there is no known way to speed up that timer, so if you beat the game without pausing, you have earned a new tied world record. We are utilizing a glitch that causes both Wet Bandits to get stuck rather quickly, so that we can stop playing and await our free world record. We reset each time anyone failed until everyone successfully set up the glitch. No one participating had finished the game before. This was accomplished in the practice room of AGDQ2020 in Orlando, Florida USA on January 8th, 2020.
