- The Polar Monkeys cold plunge brand makes some of the coolest looking cold plunges on the market. But what about their entry level product - the Portal 2.0? I tested it out and take a dunk to give you my thoughts & feelings on the product.

Waaay overprized for a fancy painted galvanized tub and chiller. The banana art is cool tho, but you can DIY the tub for $149 from tractor supply and attach a chiller for less than $500 total and paint any graphics on it you want. Find an artist and its still would be cheaper. Cost of this is $4790, ridiculous. I would pay max $1500 just for the cool art, but there is a reason you don't see many people reviewing.
Plus, too bad they don't sell their chiller separately.
I think their brainpod is pretty sick - especially in this price point range. The chiller is definitely upgraded (as mentioned) from what they were previously using. But yeah, if you're going to spend $4k, you might as well spend $5k on the nicer tub.
I like the idea of bringing your own grafitti artist!
