Squall is the most badass FF character ever. Gunblade (two in one), stylish jacket/outfit, the hair, that sexy scar. He defeated Ultimecia, a sorceress whose power extends so far that she can control and traverse through time. The best ever. Thanks for the upload.

Ultimecia, despite being hard to play as will always be my favorite. I'm looking forward to see what kind of story she has in Dissidia 12. can you believe it, you can actually play chaos chara in story mode ;)
You can do 2 types of attacks HP attacks and Bravery attacks. Bravery attacks drain bravery from the enemy. The more bravery you have the more HP damage you deal. Bravey resets to a value after an HP so theres no 1000+ attack spamming. Exp is based off enemy hp and the hp left when killing blow is dealt.
Kefka is like the most evil twisted sadistic FF villain ever, he actually manages to destroy practically everything. All the other antagonists just destroy a few lives, maybe ruin a kingdom or two.
This is the new PSP game called Dissidia: FInal Fantasy. It is in current translation/port over to English. Though I doubt the American the odds of the substitutes for the great voice acting in this video/game would be any good.
it was a sword gun in ff8 as well though it was called a gunblade. both are the same because they're both swords with revolver chambers and can be used to slice and shoot

the number above the hp bars show your current brave. the amount of damage you do with and hp attack is equal to your brave. so typically, intead of going straight for hp, you want to get your brave up to take more of thir hp
Yeah your right about a compilation there was a lot of underdeveloped stories in the overall plot and strings were left hanging at the end. Ellones powers were never fully explained and the whole Timber Galbadian arc was never resolved. Intresting take on Ultimecia by the way.
@BrolyMega Of course not. But their are still some key aspects that must be noted. 1. If Ulti is Rinoa, that doesnt mean he knows its her. 2. He'd hate every second of it, but he does know its what Rinoa wanted. And he'd rather free Rinoa from such an evil fate. As for number 2, that doesn't mean he'd enjoy doing it or be normal with it. He'd probably be very shooken up about it before during and after the battle.

No there is a story for Ultimecia, Ultimecia is really Rinoa and if you payed very close attention to the story of FF8 it will tell you more about Ultimecia.
Its Final Fantasy Dissidia for the PSP lol : ) You get most of the characters of all the FF united together to make up a fighting game. Hmmm if you wanna know all FF got a different story and you got to roleplay the character, but here its fighting game lol, abit like Tekken. And that guy is Squall from FF8 : ) Hope I helped you
You should check out the Time/Ultimecia Plot FAQ by Sir Bahamut in Gamefaqs. It points out all the major contradictions to the Rinoa=Ultimecia theory and more.
It never made sense how Zidane referenced Rinoa in this scene until I had to fight Fujin and Raijin in Balamb. She says the same thing in Zell's room ;)

oh yeah... for those asking here what game is this, this is Dissidia - Final Fantasy... it's for PSP... it just came out like, late 2008? it's a compilation of ALL the final fantasy series in one game... it's in NO connection to any of their stories, but it is another story of its own... this game features 2 chars from each final fantasy series... that's why it's nice and quite recognizable... final fantasy 8 ftw! woot! (i really hope they make a cgi movie of it...)

Ultimecia didn't need to be discussed in such fine detail. She was always there in the game, since Disc 1 and it piled up. Its just that people had to play to understand how and why she was there and realize ever since the beginning, it piled to the truth. I don't see how some players didn't get that when it was clear in most of the game's dialogue. I thought the translation was fine, I understood it. I guess without direct contact with her till the end allows for interpretations. Oh well.

Yes if you Play Kingdom Harts 2 Raijin and Fujin are in there they sounds like teens. they have the (Ya' Know) and (RAGE) Squall and Riona are in thier too. Praying Edea and Ultimeca are in KH3

From what I read, Ulty is PRETENDING to respect the other villains, but secretly, she is scheming behind their backs for her own game. I'd love to see someone play Ultimecia's story!
no you're wrong, you can have at at disc ONE if you spend a long long long *insert infinite repeats of long here* time to get it. I never even tried until disc 4, though! Dissidia will be mind blowing! Ultimecia is so awesome here!

Yes. Her name is Paku Romi. She does Edward in Full metal alchemist as well.
It's PSP only and yeah, it was released a few months ago. The English release will debut this summer.

Yeh they have so many ties between the two. To further enforce the idea, both Rinoa and Ultimecia are really sexy and stylish. Squall is a lucky man.
