I recently got the 9 inch square pan from USA pans and I’m so excited to use it! It’s really really expensive here (India), but I got an amazing deal on Amazon so I went ahead and made the purchase. I was tired of having rounded edges to my brownies so… 😬
Didn’t have a great experience with USA pan, though most pans warp beyond 400 degrees, I prefer Ninja baking pans. Not as heavy as the USA ones and cool down almost right away when removed from a heat source. No chip or rust, like USA pan either. Wilton is a hit or miss. What brand is your scoop set?
That kinda embarrassed ‘Hi’ is exactly how my wife sounds when she gets her Amazon deliveries and casually walks over to me! 😂

I have a question. If your cupcake pan is aluminized steel do you still only fill every other one? I haven't gotten those pans yet but thought I'd ask. Also I'm wondering if the heart shaped pans that I've been wanting should be aluminized steel as well? I should check that as well.
