I can confirm that this is still working after the update.
Another thing is that if you plan to farm this many times, be sure to make use of the Beautiful Island ordinance if you don’t want to deal with weeds and a lot of roaches in your house. (I believe that you can unlock ordinances at a 3 star island? I’m not sure)

May I also add it doesn't matter how many years you skip forward as long as it's set at 1/1 the reason this is significant is that you can also use this to build the capped amount of bells which is 9,999 in interest depending on how much bells you have stored in your abd depending on how many years you skip forward.🤨🤔🧐
Time traveling is so OP I’m surprised they just let people do this 😂. Also glad Nintendo isn’t being a hard ass about exploits in this game..

That’s how animal crossing has always been played and meant to be played. Time traveling IS animal crossing. That’s why i don’t get why people get so bent out of shape about time traveling.

You don’t have to move your house closer you just have to put the Mario pipes next to your house and next to resident services

Yeah that would work but it might not be a time save based on the loading screen from going in and out of the pipes.

Just use the Green mario Pipes if ur far away
You can place the mario pipes next to your house, and one next to the resident services!

Assuming this still works, if you set your year to 2040 and go all the way back to 2022 year by year, are you able to repeat the years again if you move forward to 2060 to repeat the process; or will all of those years you claimed the rewards for between 2022-2040 no longer give you miles?

It isn’t unlimited you can only change the year to 2000 and the highest is 2060.

Not by going backwards! Forwards you get a little bit of weeds. Fair price to pay in my opinion
