Interesting concept to try and change how people, especially black people drink. People drink to get drunk instead of drinking to enjoy the quality of the beverage. This concept could work all over Africa. Alcohol consumption in South Africa is unsurprisingly high. They're also the happiest. Another banger production Steve.

South Africa is actually number 8 if i am correct in Africa with alcohol consumption and keep in mind, we have the largest brewery in the world by volume and 50% of alcohol in China is from SA. We should be the leading nation in Africa considering how cheap alcohol is here and the access to it but we not

@@lozi4163 interesting info there. The brewer being interviewed said South Africa is 6th largest consumer in the world. Not sure how far true that is. Can't find that info anywhere on the internet. What I do know is the dutch and the Germans love their beer. Given your findings why do you think there is a disparity between level of production and consumption in South Africa?

@@sithabelamandlawenkosiwodu6298 Most people are not factual about things. you can google just here in Africa the leading nations in alcohol consumption, even Namibia consume ahead of us per capita. Most South Africans don't drink a lot, is just that SA is the most spoke about nation in Africa. On average, South Africans don't consume too much alcohol as well. The culture of drinking to get drunk is already something that is no longer big in SA, maybe during apartheid.

@@sithabelamandlawenkosiwodu6298 There is a tavern near were i stay, as you know, SA is the father of Africa, a parent that carries even the neighbours starving kids whom failed by their own parents. You find Nigerians, Zimbabweans, Malawians, Angolans, Congolese, Mozambicans e.t.c this people drink the way i have never seen before. South Africans don't drink like how this people drink and they have a habit of drinking some cheap alcohol which just messes them up. They drink themselves to death, it could be stress i will never know. I stopped judging people from failed countries, i never lived in a failed state so i will never know what is going on in the minds of this poor souls

This is an interesting concept that aims to change the way people, especially black people, consume alcohol. Rather than drinking to get drunk, the focus is on appreciating the quality of the beverage. This approach could be effective across Africa, where alcohol consumption rates are generally high. It is worth noting that South Africa, which has a high rate of alcohol consumption, is also known for having some of the happiest people. Well done on another great production, Steve.

The culture is different, in CT its hard to get into circles of people who are connected regardless the colour of your skin and its even more difficult when you are black its not rocket science you can see how blacks move in spaces that are white dominant. Cape Town is full of Xhosa people and Khoi originally and you are undermining this group of people with your opinions. I mean what kind of argument were you say I must give you 5 entrepreneurs there? I mean that is strange, if I give you 5 black entrepreneurs who are thriving there, it proves what exactly? @@isoboy1000 Another big big claim people make, most black millionaires in Cape Town are "politicians" like were are you'll getting this information from? Although there is corruption in politics which is a global phenomenon, most of this politicians are not as rich as you guys make them and there is no data to even suggest such. Most rich individuals are people with all kind of high-quality skills in their respective fields of expertise with professional practice licences and often, managed to open their own practice and use their skills which in most cases are on demand. Most Politicians are not as smart as people think, never mind making much wealth. The only politicians that are out there and rich are very few and at the top position. Again, people just say things based on popular opinions, not necessarily following the right channels to come to a conclusion. In SA just like many countries with working systems, there is a well documented research that will show you which fields produce our wealthy individuals and I don't remember seeing politicians there.

@movementmathebula828 I don't have to do any research. SAB is a company. How can it approve a competitor's business?

Biggest beer brand??? Ohhkay. Kudos nonetheless

Look its admirable what they've done, but to say they built the biggest beer brand in south Africa is highly innacurate. 10000 bottles a day pales in comparison to the millions of bottles of Carling and Castle sold daily here. Those will always be staple here in S.A.

Do not misrepresent facts. This is not the biggest beer brand in South Africa. Clickbait will ruin your credibility
