Really interesting video! Your riding has improved a lot the past two years! What kind of tips did Carthy tell you except those about your riding? Maybe some about nutrition, rehab, or else. Keep it up and I cant wait to train with you again! Maybe on some natural spots this time.👊😉

Thanks so much Gerasimos! I don't think that it's about the tips I got. I think we all know what is best to do regarding our lifestyle choices such as nutrition or our training ones such as rehab. The most important thing that I was advised to do is to ride as often as I can, even if it is just for a bit every day, as the more you ride the more comfortable you get on the bike! This is the most important thing I've tried to change in my schedule and in my lifestyle in general, and I now train as often as possible as you can also see in my IG stories! 😁
I also wait for the next time we ride together and I'm also ready to fix my street trials bike 👊💯

Very interesting content. Any tips on getting comfortable at the front wheel balance point? I've been trying and failing for over 30 years now 😞.

      Thanks so much man 👊
I've also struggled a lot with the front wheel moves and of course I still struggle as it feels so weird for me to land on the front as my muscle memory has been tuned to land on the back wheel after riding BMX as a kid.
Anyways, one thing that helped me a lot was that I was told that my balance point is a bit further to the front from what I feel it is, and then I started training endos to find it every time during my warm up. I have to say that this is quite safe as you can always put your feet down if you feel like falling and also my mind rewired after a while and I started feeling more comfortable leaning so much to the front! However, I still struggle with actual to front moves but I've improved a lot over the past couple of years! Also, setting up a camera helps a lot as you may think that you're too front but if you check out the camera afterwards you can see that you could go a bit further to the front!
I hope this one helps a bit! 👊😁
