Under the Hunting Act 2004, it is an offence to hunt wild mammals with dogs. If a person has with him or her a dog and is hunting a wild mammal he is guilty of an offence. I wonder why the Police and RSPCA dont prosecute these obvious law breakers? are they oblivious to the law being broken?

I love dogs.
It's natural for them to hunt foxes.
Horses enjoy a hard ride too.
Foxes are hunted by birds of prey and other natural predators.
All in, hunts are a good thing.
