We had a beautiful visit to Florence pre-pandemic (2018) and left part of our heart there. Amazingly lovely people, an amazing guide that introduced us to the city (thank you Adriana Bianchi!), and such incredible art and architecture. So sorry for the loss there and everywhere else. We will be back! And thanks for making this incredible video.

This makes me cry. We had a wonderful trip to Rome at Firenze at Christmas. So many beautiful memories of friendly people and happy interactions. I am sorry for the tragedy and loss of this pandemic. My heart is with Italy, New York City and all our world as we face the destruction of so much. I hope to get back to Italy soon in happier days.

Thank you for this video. We love Florence and have probably been there over 30 times. Off the train and straight to the Mercato to buy some goodies, then upstairs for one of the best pizzas in Italy. A walk in the direction of the Ponte Vecchio stopping off at Bar One for some wine, (its now sadly changed hands). We've done the bridge so many times that we now turn left and go over Ponte alle grazie. Grab a cab here and go up to the Piazzale Michelangelo (getting a cab here is much cheaper than from ponte Vecchio as it avoids a one way system). From the Piazzale enjoy the vista of the wonderful city which on a sunny day is truly stunning.
Yep, I've got withdrawal symptoms and can't wait to get back there. Much love to our Italian friends ( and all Italians in general), stay safe, see you soon.

È incredibile vedere questa città così isolata, senza gente. In tutti i video que avevo visto, c'era tanta gente, non si riusciva a vedere il pavimento. Però, c'è un punto positivo: le persone stanno seguendo le indicazioni e tutto tornerà a la normalità.
L'Italia è, secondo me, uno dei paesi più belli del mondo: sono certo che moltissime persone di tantissimi posti, vogliono andarci appena ciò sia possibile.
