I feel like every game translation should have two translators. The first one is a native speaker of the original language who knows what the game was trying to say, and the second one is a native speaker of the translation language who makes the translation sound decent to other native speakers of that translation language.
Her last line "I'll come play" must be translated wrong. "Mata asobi ni kuru" is what I'm guessing was the original which can also be translated "I'll come visit again". It makes more sense and it sounds less dirty.
*_SPOILER_* It did seem romantic in the pretty garden at the beginning with the soft sweet music; 2 things killed the mood, however - yes, their lives were in danger, but more importantly (0:54) Hitoshi not at all interested in romance! This was much to MBH’s surprise, “Oh… you just, just walked off like that, huh?” ^.^ So satisfying seeing Hitoshi use gun against noh mask & then with 1 slice, get rid of other mask - definitely “gangsta”! At the end, different battle mechanic requiring good memory :). So it boiled down to a story of good intentions vs corruption... Nice to see very traditional Japanese atmosphere in this chapter, including Mikoto’s pretty red kimono! Perhaps it’s my sense of romance, but I think she meant she would spend time with Hitoshi, not play…but perhaps “play” also could work! ~.~

Ok didn't expect this twist at the end... I thought the curse continued because she didn't do the proper procedures at the first chapter (Saying *'I win'* three times to the teddy bear after pouring salt).
Ahh, so it wasn't based off of that legend. I kind of wish that the Noh mask was as fast as last chapter's enemies. Combining that with its inability to be impeded, it would have felt like an actual threat. Also, in the end, it seems that she really was a Miko-to.
...I might be completely wrong, but was she telling himuro that she'll "wait for him" after she's done with school or something? I don't know, that scene at the top of the building felt somewhat romantic. Maybe it's the way the translation is, or maybe its just me :P
4yrs too late but given how many Japanese Anime's feature ~13yr olds with crushes on their much Older Teachers. I can totally see there actuallly being one sided attraction from Mikoto to Himuro, and possibly Himuro cares about her in a platonic way because she reminds him of someone who was important to him (or something equally cheesy)
I feel like I'm the only one who thinks that the Final Battle was underrated. I loved everything about it. And the OST was FIRE 🔥 What a satisfying way to end this whole nightmare.

kind of disappointed with the ending in this game. I found it kind of dull and to much like an anime with a lot of the clichés included. also was kind of expecting at least one of the main characters to die, but it did have a really interesting first half even though it kind of fell on its face at the end. good lets play all and all. waiting for whatever you decide to do next.

gh0stassassin6 Though I've seen many of these horror game have main character deaths, I've also seen some such games that were interesting that had no such deaths. It just depends on the mood the game aims for, and I don't think this game was aiming for any kind of "sadness" of any sort.

I notice they say "Is that so" alot. While I like the story, some parts feel too long and the fear you feel towards the monster disappear because you see them too often. That ending was kind of weak too. Is it just me or did her ending statement come off abit dirty?XD

I kept waiting for this game to get exciting. It never happened. It peaked in the fields with the kunekune.
