There's a fan anime from Maikaze with 2 episodes I think. And there are several fanmade episodes of another group. Search for Fantasy Kaleidoscope or Memories of Phantasm. You won't regret it. The style and music are amazing. There are even good fandubs out there!

It's essentially Dream Express from Touhou 5 and Dichromatic Lotus Butterfly ~ Red and White from one of ZUN's albums (a remix of Dichromatic Lotus Butterfly ~ Ancients from the first Seihou game, which he did the music for).
If you're looking for Touhou fanmade songs may I suggest looking into Book of Star Mythology OST? Illness Illusioner, Starry Wisdom(and to extend, its last spell variation: Eternal Wind) are some of the best fanmade theme from said game.
