Fantazia first taste 1992 was a great old skool/rave album. Love this tune along with many others on the album, and early 90's old skool music takes some beating.
Non existent isn’t it, new gen will never get how good this actually is, I’m actually the hen behind and grew up to my big brothers Diz tapes and stuff , but It was still the in thing for me as a youngster and if that made so much of an influence on me and still sticks my hairs on end I can only imagine how it makes you lads in your 40s feel, I’m 35 Btw , I feel lucky and privileged to catch the back end of it and still be sat here checking in on my rave tunes every few months. Love it 👌🏻

I remember seeing Caroline evicted from big brother, I knew I recognised her from somewhere she’s in the band psi who did this track , it was a long time since I’d seen FANTAZIA on vhs in the wee small hours after a rave , early 90s this just brings me right back ❤❤ ps I still have this on 📼 vhs always wanted the merch :)
Fantazia were so influential in the 90's. The first track on The First Taste album is by Sunset Regime, who went on to produce some of the finest Happy Hardcore anthems of the 90's along with Ramos & Supreme. So many of the rave scenes biggest DJ's/Producers had Fantazia to thank.

Funny how in M8 magazine back in the day said that this was going to be Fantazia's anthem. But the organisers but the brakes on it immediately. Wanting all royalties as the name wasn't cleared. They put it on a few CDs and VHS to promote the shit out of it and then blocked it from being played without Fantazia's consent. So PSI did the smart thing and left it unreleased so no one made any money out of it. Shame really because I'd love a vinyl copy.
