I’ve never knew of this story until I heard this song. These brave Brazilians who were cornered and out of ammo were given the chance to surrender but instead fixed their bayonets and charged at the enemy. They knew they had no chance of winning but they charged anyways and died like true warriors. These three brave men are indeed heroes...
