I think some people just really know deep in their soul what they wanna do in life and just go for it. Anya left school at 16 to pursue acting and now she's fully thriving in the industry at only 26. She's a star.

@@Bene_Gesserit I wasn't talking about her career. I just simply don't believe the story she got scouted via a stranger following her. I strongly believe with wealthy parents like hers. They got her, her starter roles and paid for that. The rest of her career then took off, on her own because of her talent. That's what I meant.
@@ElizabethCarterMedia If that's the case then every offspring of successful actors and wealthy parents would have a 'starter role.' Believe it or not, some people, just have what it takes to make it in the industry. A lot of rich nepotism kids don't get as far as her. She puts in the work and acts her heart out.

@@hugzpls her "accent" in English is actually kind of "Estuary" ... She is a native speaker of (Argentinian) Spanish ... She was born in Miami whilst their parents were vacationing there, but from then on until she was six, she lived in Argentina ... Both her parents speak Argentinian Spanish (although her father is of half Scottish/English descent, and her mother was born in an African country that I can't recall right now, the daughter of an English diplomat and a Spanish mom from Barcelona)
Sorry for that lengthy digression ...
Her family moved to London when she was 6, but she only began, "voluntarily", to learn English there a couple of years later, when she was already 8.
So, not being a native speaker of English ... She acts as a "linguistic sponge" ... Whenever she is in Ireland, she mimics the local accent there ... Whenever she's in the USA, the same happens ...
I can tell you about that out of my own personal experience ... When someone, at a young age, gets to live, even for a short period of time, in a foreign country, and has to learn a new language, which is not his/her native one ... The "sponge effect" appears in their lives.
I wish I had 1/4 of her vocabulary.
