Zammy, not only are you a great yoyo player, but I think you're one of the best teachers in the sport. This is an excellent video. Thank you for posting it.
+Alexander Recinos Hey Alexanader, you are so welcome. A lot of yoyoers have their own "way" to make up their own tricks and combos. Keep up the good work as a yoyoer and as a person. I can't exactly say I am a good example considering with my bouts of confidence to my own yoyoing. Keeping it fun is important, as it is a toy. a toy that can be played with, competed with, and make art with.
well, for me i take a much more messy approach to trick construction, i mainly make concepts and then try to string them together, but great vid man, i think this will help many players out there struggling to find their own style or trick structure in yoyoing
great info. I personally don't do step by step though. What I do goes something like this. Build the frame of a building. Then substitute more interesting pieces for individual pieces of the frame that still fit. Sometimes to use the new pieces, you'll have to use (and even design) different nuts and bolts (transitions) to get the piece to install into the frame. Sometimes you'll realize a room of a floor isn't as interesting as the rest, so get rid of it, you might need more bolts though.
That is a tall order because I do not compete. I know of the base things but it would take too long to make into a video. Cause there is A LOT that could be said for a contest freestyle.
When ever i try to make tricks for my freestyle o stop the yoyo sit down and sit down and place the yoyo on different strings/ mounts then try it in real life

Thanks so much Daniel for making this video. You really inspire me to become a better player and help me find the fun in yoyoing again. Thanks again.

Do you use Fat Kitty string?
+Donald Woody I use the Normal Kitty String, generally white color.
When ever i try to make tricks for my freestyle o stop the yoyo sit down and sit down and place the yoyo on different strings/ mounts then try it in real life
