I have a question: I'm trying to figure out how to create a spreadsheet whereby an initial loan is made (that has an APR component), and both the interest and capital repayments made every month for that loan are re-invested (but the term for cycle-2 is only 11 months, cycle-3 10 months, cycle-4 9 months etc...). Any ideas how to do this? I thought it would be straight forward but have tried for over 8 hours now and just can't figure it out.
