    We had to block a couple people who insulted the instructor. The instructor in the video is a former Ranger, Ranger instructor, & Green Beret. And he’s one of the top survival & preparedness instructor out there. Save your uninformed & dumb comments for another channel 😂 you’ll just end up shadow blocked and no one will see your nonsense anyway. Joshua is always one of the nicest and most laid back guys you’ll ever meet.

      Dear God what kind of loser would troll GB2??? Hilarious! Watching TH-cam will definitely affect your opinion of humanity. You could make a video of laying a golden egg and someone would troll it.

      Quieting people just makes them ecen madder when they cant be heard. TH-cam is also at fualt for people losing there shyt. Not entirley to blame but has fault. Dont censor people educate them. Problem is that if everyone is a better person then no one has an advantage over another. Hence why govs dont teach people better.

      You don’t waste time trying to educate or reason with fools who only make hateful & ignorant comments. They only want attention and they don’t deserve a voice on our channel. Be constructive or go away is and has always been our policy 😊 also, people on TH-cam who are blocked don’t know they are blocked. They can still comment, but they are the only ones who can see the comment.

      What a shame. Fools are everywhere online. The old gray bearded green beret is one of the most knowledgeable survival individuals around and a seriously good dude. I wish being stupid was painful. Keep up the great videos!

    If ya go with klein journeyman 2000 linemans pliers they arent damaged by steel. Most cutters are mainly for aluminum and copper only. As a 30+ yr master sparky these may cost more BUT you can cut through a 16 penny nail and they are better for leverage to cut thicker metals.

      @Flashahol 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I second Lineman pliers, they actually CAN cut some serious gauge steel even if you have to take multiple bites around and have a lot more torque as pliers in general.

      Doyle lineman pliers from harbor freight y’all. I’ve used Klein’s for years as a lineman. Use mine everyday & these are good to go. Not the best but half the price.

      @@stanquire343 brother ya know the old saying, buy once cry once. I had one pair of kliens that lasted me until I blew em up. That was right as the J2000 came out. Been using the same pair since. Dikes and linemans. Pushing 35 years now in everything from residential, heavy industrial, commercial, and a lot in the control tech fields. From seattle to key west. Have a great weekend!

    As a city dweller for the past 40 years, I appreciate you admitting that you do NOT live in the city, yet you are giving valid suggestions that are reasonable for us Urbanites. Good boots for broken glass, rebar, and steel, A respirator of some sort, the Silcox, tools, and small fire all make sense. eye protection. Gloves for the same reason. a bunch of singles to buy small items, jump a bus or subway that is running could save you blocks of walking Again the dollars which weigh nothing give you options.And a mountain warehouse packable raincoat + poncho = good for insulation if it gets cold, a makeshift tent, a makeshift bag, and something you can give or barter to give without screwing your party.

    Survival Kit Giveaway for a BOSS Kit Bundle would be a great addition to my B.O.B. I ran across a Joshua Enyart video a couple of years ago and greatly appreciate his insight based on his real world experience, and it helped me build the bag I have now! Thanks!!!

    I always suggest having a good hammer for urban kits and/or carrying a stanley fubar extreme crowbar. More uses than I can list here for both.

    In the uk it a crime to take bolt cutters or pliers out side unfortunately but you can carry a multi tool which does the same thing i think it silly but it is what it is 🤷🏻

    As a person who lives on the west coast iv added a bump helmet knee pads and gloves as we are prone to earthquakes out here an are more likely to walk as rds can be blocked

    The mini crowbar shown isn't actually a mini crowbar, though it works pretty good as one. It has further uses. Here in the UK, I call them a Bakuma, though that's actually the brand.
    The tool is designed to remove stubborn nails or screws and for the very stubborn, to cut through them below the head. The forked end, inside that fork is very sharp. Get that under the head and hit the back with a hammer and it cuts off. The other end gets you enough out to do that. Very effective tool.

    This is not for senior citizens not physically fit.
    What about imposed martial law and rationing after a disaster?

    • @TheSurvivalSummit
      @TheSurvivalSummit  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This isn’t for a most people, but everyone can prepare in their own way to be more ready than they are right now. Everyone’s situation is different and is based on location, skillsets, physical capabilities, and so much more. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all plan. Watching TH-cam videos won’t get you prepared. Start with instructional films & books learn as much as you can first.

    For an URBAN survival kit, I'm surprised you didn't include is a lock-picking set?
