No, that's not accurate. Tomac would have finished pretty good without a clutch. Given the place ken and cooper came in eil could have come in last place and still won.

I mean obviously you can see after they cut at 1:24 Tomac is ahead, but you'd think they would leave the part where the new champ passed the guy who is battling for 2nd in the championship, right? Or is it because Ken is sponsored by GoPro and they didn't want to keep that in? Genuinely asking because it seems odd to leave that part out. Either way, pumped for Eli. Bummed for Kenny this year. Dirt looked super loose on top and hard and slick underneath. If Ken had kept it upright when he tried to make the pass on Deano, the outcome might have been very different. Appreciate the fact that Utah was willing to give Feld the go ahead to get back to racing, but the dry conditions really made things sketchy for the riders. Would've been nice if the Dirt Wurx crew had used a large topsoil screener to remove some of the rocks ... and they could've used a bit more water between motos.
The roost out here is nasty! lol. It's like rocks smashing into you. I forgot my roost guard during a race last summer and my whole chest was lit up from the start. It was like a paint ball gun shot me everywhere. These dudes are nuts doing that every weekend. lolol.
That's Mookie...James Stewarts little brother. The track was brutal and hard as concrete. I've ridden on tracks like this before. If you've raced in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and even California that high desert dirt get super dry and slick as ice. Most riders struggled with it in at least in some areas.
Can't wait for the Roczen and Tomac outdoor battle's, going to be good.
