I am in the market for a replacement cover and came across this. Seems like a great cover, but that price is killer. Thank you for the video and the demonstration.
Thanks for your comment! It certainly is an investment, but our customers seem to be very satisfied and as someone who personally owns one, I can say "I love it!".
If your typical cover lasts at best 5 years @ let’s say $500 divide that into the life of your hot tub, seems to me like this cover would be worth it. Plus depending what climate you live in, the typical cover may not even last to 5 years.
@@lorim2440I have. I own a newer material called"weather tech"for my hot tub cover Not vinyl & when the foam portion of the cover eventually needs to be replaced, I will go to my local foam factory which provides all different kinds of densities of foam & different kinds of foam for multiple purposes,, We'll have them cut to measurement with the old foam as template for $150.00 & I'll have a new cover for $170.00(plastic wrap)every 5-7 yrs.
The Smartop is rigid and significantly stronger than a traditional cover. To my knowledge, it has not been tested for concentrated loads, so I wouldn't recommend walking on it.

is the top sturdy enough to store things on or walk on?

Pricing?
There are a few variables, but generally, in the $2,500 - $3,000 ballpark.
Is the upright cover more expensive, we like the privacy barrier?
@@chosenwon5618 Both Upright and Vanish are the same price.
@@backyardleisure thanks very much!!
Do you ever have sales I like it but I feel it’s too pricey for me
I don't think this"Leisure Concepts" cover would work on a triangular ❤shaped 2-3 person tub, unfortunately.
Unfortunately, you are correct.
