    UPDATE: They finally shipped me another knife while I was on vacation. They shipped it last Friday, June 28th and it arrived Monday, July 1st.

    Man, that is frustrating. I had a similar thing happen when I ordered a shirt from Carhartt. It shipped. It was “moving through the network” but never arrived. I had to wait 2 or 3 weeks too to see if USPS would deliver it. They did not. Carhartt was pretty great and shipped me out a new shirt. A few weeks later the original shirt showed up. I wondered where that shirt had been for like a month? USPS is horrible but Berelli should have made it right. I noticed they have pretty poor reviews on FB too.

    Sounds like terrible customer service. I'm sorry to hear this, brother, and I agree that USPS is wild these days. The fact they keep changing it seems fishy.

    I ordered that same knife from them. It took along time for me to get it also. It took around 20 days for me. I’m in SC.

    This has happened to me. If the currier said they delivered make a theft claim with the currier. If the company says they have shipped and the currier has not delivered make a theft claim against the seller with you your credit card company.

    They should definitely standby what the first rep said. Otherwise, they look unreliable.

    Hey, bro, sounds like that might've been my video that you saw on the Federalist. Glad to see in the update that you finally got your knife. I hope you like it as much as I do!!😃
    It's unfortunate that Bereli treated you that way. I've made numerous orders with them and have had no problems. Of course, when USPS screws things up it creates a whole different scenario. Your frustration is totally understandable but, in my experience, Bereli has been pretty dependable and everything always ships free! They have great sales, like the Federalist, and good ammo prices, too! AND, oh yeah, everything ALWAYS ships FREE!!
    (I'm also in Ky. Louisville area.😃👍🏻)

    Same thing happening with me right now. I have a eta on this knife for Sunday. Which i though was straight because we typically dont get any mail on Sunday. When i seen it hadn't arrived i checked the shipping and it said eta today. Monday. Welp nothing came today either. Then went back and checked tracking again and it still said eta for today. Went in and hit show more in tracking and it is still in alabama and now it just says in transit.

    No sir, they should have sent you a new one out and filed a claim with the post office like they said they would do. That’s called “customer service!”

    I’m so sick and fed up with the USPS it’s not funny!
    A whole organization full of employees who are paid very well, insane insurance and benefits and unionized at the tax payers expense can’t seem to do the one thing right that has been done since the days of the pony express!

    Doesn’t that suck. When you really are excited for a knife the USPS goes and turns it into a nightmare.. buuuut until that package says delivered it is the business that should make it right. My opinion only and yes I’ve been burned before. Unfortunately they are all the way in FL 😡..I probably would have lost it and been furious well before you buddy. I can tell you’d rather have the knife. Give him his knife!!! 👍 no sir you are not over reacting. Cool heads prevail though. Hopefully they make it right
