VVPAT worked absolutely fine in Bangalore Rural
Voted in South Bangalore and was particularly interested in seeing if VVPAT is clear and stays for sufficiently long time. Very satisfies on both counts. VVPAT clearly visible and stayed quite a long time.
VVPAT confirmed my choice of voting perfectly in Ghaziabad, Crossing Republik.

BJP should bring a law that bans political inheritance. Because some of these people stoop to any level just to hold onto power. There should be a cooling period between generations entering politics. Agreed there are some from BJP also but nowhere near to what Congress and other dynastic rulers (parties) are into it. It's an unfair advantage these dynastic families are enjoying. For example Rahul Gandhi is not even capable of winning a local body election without his political inheritance and here he is projected as a pm candidate to lead country with over a billion people..

Voted in VVPAT linked EVM in South Bengaluru. Display in seconds, slip gets cut, falls in VVPAT with ring sound, when Polling Officer says it’s complete, we can go.

From the school level itself the importance of voting needs to be highlighted just as every student is made to realize the respect to be given to the national anthem.

I voted where the EVM was linked to a VVPAT. But, surprisingly, the print out did not get displayed or did not happen, I stood there wondering what was the issue.
But the green light had come & the buzzer sound was there, I was told that voting was successful. But I am not sure about it.
Also, later I came to know that the person who outs ink on your finger, has to enable you to vote, by pressing a button on the Control Unit. I was not aware of this.

However it's rather sad to note that while he maintains a neutral & balanced opinion of TN however terrible things prevail in his native state, he repeatedly seems to run down his adopted state of KA where he has chosen to pursue his career and his retired life.
