Some people follow 16 days vrat and some 21 days. At Jayanti it's grand celebration and overflowing milk on Gas stove is auspicious rituals like vastupooja. Same day in Maharashtra,Gujrath,Madhya pradesh,karnataka celebration of Datta Poornima, Narshima Sarswati swami, sripad srivallabh swami pooja. There are 3 important stotra of Annapurna and most famous one scripted by Adi Shanakaracharya, with beautiful lyrics the sholka of last stanza annapurne sadapurne shankar pranvallabhe.!!!.. By watching this video I only understand we are really having vast cultural heritage. There might be difference in offering pooja in each part of our country but ultimately motive is same, to prosper peace health and wealth of each human kind of Bharatiya.
