The lasso enemy is a monster that was supposed to be in the game but was scrapped, his name is "lasso man" and he does nothing to the crew but sometimes chases crewmates.

It was the original concept for mimics. It was intended to string up somebody's body and pretend to be them
I actually have my own interpretation of how the lasso man could work.
Basically, if it sees you, it will try to grab and pull you in from a distance.
Failing to escape will result in death.
Also, its design would be tweaked to appear more organic, rather than literally sentient rope.
for Doug's question, "the Possum", a monster that disguises itself as a dead player body and attacks you if you try to pick it up
A little addition I've though of since. It also appears on the monitor as a player and can be teleported. If the person on the monitor is paying attention, they'll figure it out easily enough but, if they're not, they're in for a nasty surprise.

I could imagine the animation when you pick it up is that it's stomach opens up as a mouth and try to eat you and the limbs help it scurry at you like a spider

This is my favourite lethal company game play I see. You actually try to act like the AI instead of like most people who just spawn enemies on people and spam kill. This is genuinely entertaining so keep it up.

@@crixisfoxtail5437to be fair, most of the time the AI is literally in control, and hes just spectating. You can tell because it has the option to "take control" in the top right corner
Still, a lot more fun to watch than just taking control and killing everyone
For Doug's questions: the Vivic
It's a mimic entity spawn rarely on any planet which instead of mimicking a player it mimic a ship and spawn a bit closer to the main entrance than the real ship and it will be a perfect replica but it can't mimic items brought or bought into the ship like the inverse teleporter and a bell as an example
(It does not spawn on an eclipse or flooded planet)

The rope lasso guy is an unused monster in the base game hence why it does nothing, would be interesting to see a mod that gives it purpose though
Maybe like I could work like the smoker from left 4 dead. When it finds a player it shoots a rope at them pulling them closer and away from others
Brutal Company does do it, but it just reuses another monster's AI.
Imagine if it just ties you down and that’s all it does.

For Dough's question:
A fake exit door that appears in the deppest part of the facility. It will work simillary like the mimic fire exit but will look like main exit room and only after it kills a crewmate it will relocate. The way to fight it will be through sound and visual quotes the door will do (like faintlh growl at nearby crewmates and slight movements that simulates its breath).
That feels really obvious though? The mimic fire exit doors work decently because there CAN be multiple fire exits, and they spawn at random parts of the facility. The main room/door just, doesn't, though?

A funny monster should be a little gold rat that looks like a gold bar until you get close and then sprints away all around the facility until you kill it. If you kill it it becomes an actual gold bar but it's really fast and hard to catch. I just think it would be hella funny seeing people blindly chase it around and getting brackened and blasted by turrets in the process

When I used this mod I mostly just became a loot bug and if anyone gave me a key I’d run off with it and give them random loot or just do a dance and let the ai bring the key to the nest. My friends didn’t know but when I told them they said that they liked the weird encounters since the start of days feels boring
To answer Doug, there should be a type of monster that looks horrifying, isn’t harmful unless you attack it first, but once you see it, it follows you around all game like a bad omen making noises and will alert dogs outside of it’s stuck with you as well as giants

For Doug’s question, the Wendigo. It is slightly more common to spawn than the jester, and it will make wendigo screeches when it spawns. When it spawns, a fake exit will also spawn nearby the players. It has a speed of slightly higher than someone running, leading to advanced strategy’s to avoid it. Usually spawns on the highest tier moons, but can sometimes spawn on experimental and march, but with 50% of its normal spawn rate, making these moons more risky to go to.
To answer Doug’s question for a second time, there should be a pit monster that sometimes spawns in the spaces that you have to parkour which makes it more stressful to do it faster and it will eat you from the pit like how a frog catches a fly if you’re not fast enough

For Doug: another monster idea, there should be some messed up trees in the forest that start throwing shit at you so kinda like treebeard from LOTR but more specifically like the trees from Lord Of The Beans (the veggie tales version)

Doug’s QOTD: An enemy mimic. Aka, a monster that looks like hostile monsters, but stalks players without hurting them. So for example, it might be a fake snare flea that drops from the ceiling and walks up to the player’s feet without latching on, or a bracken that sneaks up behind you without snapping your neck. The enemy mimic has much more health than the normal monster, so time spent fleeing from or fighting this passive enemy mimic can lead to a different, real monster killing you. It can also lead to players getting complacent if they think they are just escaping a real monster, and running away too late from real ones later. Only 1-2 spawn per map.
I thought I was going crazy because I couldn't see the difference in this thumbnail and the last Control Company video's thumbnail for a hot minute. Thank you for the great video :)
For Doug's question of the day.
There should be a monster that's a very old security robot that chases people and attacks them, nothing special to them besides chasing someone with a high walking speed.
The only way to stop them is to type in a code to deactivate them for a minute in the terminal.

Imma answer the question:

The holes will be updated with water (not all) and the monster is a fish like monster. The way you know theres water is if you hear splashing noises. Weakness: light. Use the pro flashlight as the normal one wont work and blind the monster.
What to do and how to recognize it:
If you hear a growl and the water is splashing like crazy, its a good time to use the pro flashlight.
Jumpscare: teeth clunch at you (not sure if thats how you say it im not from the us) and it will then proceed to BRUTALLY tore you apart and drag you in the water before getting eaten.

For Doug’s question: The Angler, spawns in with a specific item and goes to a room populated with players. It then cloaks itself and drops the item. It does the same damage as the thumper and it very quick. To counter it, lead it under spike traps or hit it twice which insta kills it. you can tell if an item is fake if the item is not a spawn able item (shovel, gun, etc.) you can also see the angler very faintly. In the dark you are just screwed.

Doug’s Question: A monster idea that could be added is one that seems innocent and sweet, like a dog or cat, that then turns into a monster after something occurs. A good way to implement that could be having some be real and others be monsters so nobody knows.
I think they should make a man that can come through the floor and leaves you there in another dimension and lets the other monsters in the dimension kill you.

There should be a clown car enemy similar to the Jester: Unassuming but deadly
it wouldn't necessarily be a clown car but something that opens up and releases several enemies like Coil-Heads, Jesters, or even a Nutcracker

For Doug’s question: the cursed nuggets
The cursed nuggets are spawned scrap, but the more on more as the night rages on the nuggets slowly overtakes the shelf and it’s on and then the ground and then the walls but if one of the players picks it up before it starts to spread and if the player keeps it in their hand, the nuggets will latch onto their hand, slowly overtaking the crewmember becoming something that’s just like a mimic but if you take to the ship in time you can get 10-200 cash that is if you don’t wast time, it can take over the ship which could lead to a loss
Appearance :
It looks like any scrap but it has a rise and fall for breathing
Abilities :
It shows up when you scan by clicking right click for it’s price but it will show as an enemy on the ship monitor
The mimic abilities:
They can pick up scrap and explode infecting anyone in the radius oh and they can’t get killed
By the way I spent like 10 minutes writing this I’m not begging for likes but I would love for more people to see this so if you could please give me a like

Doug’s question: White Bracken / Elite Bracken. This would look identical to a normal Bracken however they have white dots and stripes all over them and they are slightly larger than normal. These guys would be EXTREMELY rare and appear on all maps where brackens spawn, and only one will spawn per map if any. The Elite Bracken gets its name due to it being an experienced elder, covered in scars from previous hunts which is where it gets its white stripes from. The behavior of this particular Bracken is fairly similar to its younger counterparts as it will still hunt the players, however through their years of hunting they learn that humans are the most entertaining prey for them to hunt. They will intentionally hide around corners just to surprise you and run away to do it again, hearing your screams satisfy them and if you run away they’ll immediately follow you and try to kill you if you make for the exit.
Elite Brackens enjoy hunting humans so much they’ll go out of their way to chose the best hiding spots near scrap or doors. They don’t like it when other creatures attack you though, as they are getting in the way of his fun. Any creature from fart lizards to even other brackens aren’t safe when the Elite Bracken is on the hunt, and if you utilize him to your advantage you can get him to kill anything. As mentioned earlier, don’t let him see you leave because he’ll get very angry and go on a rampage inside the facility. Once his rampage is over or if there’s nothing around to kill, he’ll pull a trick out of the mimic book and pursue you outside to facility, mercilessly killing anything in his way, except the forest giants. Forest Giants are the only thing that terrify the Elite Bracken and if there’s any of them around he will immediately run back into the facility before HE becomes prey

For Dough's question: The shy guy
Sorta a mixture of jester and the opposite of coil heads, would simply roam around crying loudly and beeing docile untill you look at its face, from when it will basically do the jester thing of waiting for a moment and then chaseing the player that saw its face, ignoring all ohters (unless they also see its face)
[And yes this is just SCP-096 but I just like the idea of having 096 in this game, because for almost every enemy you are punished for looking away and are safer when looking at it, unless you look too long at the braken that is, and 096 would just turn that around and punish you for looking at it.]
I'm going to be the villain here... no I don't think that's a good idea. We already have SCP 096 with the Jester.
