Well, pretty much the same here. Even shower cubicle is not really what I dream of (but even this is not there). Sure, the pricing seems okay - but keep in mind it is Hua Hin and the lotsize is also not really a big one. So for me, there has to be at LEAST one bathroom with a proper shower AND a whirltub (spacious - for 2 persons) - would be best if it was Ensuite Master Bedroom. Not sure why they are seen so rarely. Other than that it is a nice house. Because of lack of proper Bathroom I would not consider this to be a villa.
