    I forgot to mention that you can transfer your NRF scholarship from one university to another if you are successful but decide to study somewhere else.

    On the master's part not getting the funding that's most of us made the mistake on😮😮you are spot on. I think even Universities are not raising much awareness on this part too in as much as it is our responsibility to do research on funding too.

    Im looking for that story working and funding yourself. If i may ask, because this is completely out, with the psychology degree alone, what jobs can i get. Before going for honors and masters. I understand i cannot be a psychologist as yet, but im looks for something that can help me to work so that i can fund myself if NRF doesn’t approve. I am SACAP( South African College of Applied Psychologist). Just be honest with me even if it hurts 😂😂😂. And apart from NRF What are other busaries out there for post graduate because i have been looking and looking. Hopefully you answer my question with a video ❤😅
    I forgot to ask, since NRF start to fund late when the registration are open, that means you have to pay your own, or maybe tell the university that, accept but don't have the funds yet. I don't know how that work, please also explain.

    Hey there,
    I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to check in and see if it would be possible to negotiate with NRF regarding the funds. I've been awarded the grant, but unfortunately not the FCS. I was wondering if it would be feasible to ask NRF to consider reallocating the remaining funds for food and traveling expenses instead of returning them. It would really help me out and ensure that I can make the most of the opportunity. Let me know if there's a possibility we can discuss this further.
    Thanks so much for your help!

    • @Princess_Ngokz
      @Princess_Ngokz  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi NRF does not decide on how funds are allocated. The university research office does. Priority is given to the fees/tuition then residence if u stay in a uni res then the rest of the money is given to you. It depends on the uni, they can give u the balance as lump-sum or divide it monthly or quarterly n u decide what to do with the money
