Thank you for the kind feedback. 😊 As a long time collector, I didn’t care about value of Pokemon cards when I was a kid and instead am loving how much the graphics / art and overall design of the cards has changed over the years. The excitement of seeing new cards / new Pokemon has stayed the same for me since childhood and I don’t intend on changing that 😁. Instead, it’s more fun to see how the cards in various languages can differ from each other in packaging / card quality and release style. I’m happy you’re enjoying this approach!
This is my feel-good, chill-out channel to watch whenever I want to relax while still being entertained. Love your channel to bits and how calm and chill you are (not to mention the plethora of knowledge you have on artists/history; I feel like I’m always learning something or adding a new artist to follow!) You are also the reason I expanded into other languages in the hobby! I love having my multi-lingual card binders now. I’m much more focused on artworks rather than cost/investment now and have been so much happier with my collecting goals!

most of the podcasters are hating on this set 🤷. reason why 🤔 this set doesn't have multiple trainers to over hyped.but I think set has the best cards yet 👍 shrouded fable is the other half of these.the Greninja/kingambit are so 🔥🔥🔥.as always your the best 👍
I love that Dusclops! So cute! I only just recently got interested in Pokemon cards after my gf got a box of Japanese 151, and i was absolutely blown away by the art and quality of the cards. Do the normal packs not guarantee a holo? Also, are there no reverse holos in this set?
Yes! We’re living in an amazing time for Pokémon card art. It’s a great time to get into collecting. And yes Japanese pull rates are extremely different from English. You’ll only see guaranteed holos/ex/reverse holos in high class sets for Japanese / Asian language sets. Otherwise, sets like this are the standard.

Yes I totally agree from the bottom of my hear that the illustrations on the Art Rare cards are much much muchhhhhh better than the SARs (minus the Cassiopeia SAR - which arguably, is still not the best)
she’s the same person. Penny was pretending to be someone named Cassiopeia to the playable character in the Scarlet & Violet as part of her scheme to bring down Team Star. With that being said, I guess Pokémon just wanted to capture the image of Cassiopeia as incognito Penny.
That’s exactly what I discussed in the video haha. There’s so much to appreciate in this set yet people will talk down on this set because they’re not familiar with the DLC/epilogue.
It has annoyed me over the years that th tcg has changed the types or not really had the type of what the Pokemon is. They used grass, water, psychic and dark for types that arent even those types to represent said typings. I loved how the tcg had a distinguished dragon type for a while. The point of my rant is the tcg should have an actual type representation making actual Poison, Dragon, Bug, Ice, etc types instead of lumping them in with other groups. Yes we still have dragon typing but it shouldve always been in the tcg
