The inside of mine looks nothing like this. There was no slot and the battery is soldered in place!

Remember best practice is not to touch a new battery, so as to avoid corrosion issues.

@@RC-nj1by I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, there are glovse for working with electrical that don't have that powdery substance coating them.
Or you can use tweezers with sillicone/rubber/ plastic etc. tips. non conductive material.
