Same here it has a little sleeve that fell out along with the pin. The sleeve is very small and I can’t get it back in. Without it the pin is very loose
I just ran into this with my citizen, it is possible to get that small cylinder back in but you need to be very careful not to drop it, so easy to lose
I need to replace the clasp on my Citizen AT4010-50E EcoDrive Titanium. Watch was purchased 7 years ago. Can I use the same procedure you demonstrate to remove/install the new clasp? Do you know if this model has the same pin type (non-sleeved) as the watch in your video? Thanks. Mark
One of the best videos on link removal AND installation. Finally, a video that shows the install pin direction changes on reassembly
Brilliant advice for using sim card tool!
Great video! Thank you for the help.. Happy wife Happy life.. 😉
it does not work for the new ones -they have small locker tube. It is very easy to lose it.
What's your model number?

Now I can't get the 2nd piece back in.
