No offense dude but this comment is kinda dumb. They're commentators, it's literally their job to call the action down the middle and try to hype it up on both sides to give an enjoyable experience to the people watching, even if the gameplay itself doesn't follow suit

The way projectiles work in injustice is braindead. Injustice 2 has incredibly talented players but its god awful design encourages the dullest and most frustrating playstyles
@@kingmula4012 considering how abusable and safe projectiles are (some even being plus 9 like superman), the size of the stage, and how the zoner constantly generates meter while the player getting zoned doesn’t, zoning is oppressive even given a meterburn roll.
@@CarltonBank I see what your saying, guess it depends on the character because you have characters like Catwomen that can build more meter then the zoner while avoiding any non meter-burned projectile in the game, enchantress that can use your zoning against you, and then a wide array of characters with some sort of anti zoning attacks.

In guilty gear the meter drains when players stay fullscreen, the damage ratio between zoners and every other archetype is far greater, most characters have double jump/air dashes, characters can block in the air, and the startup time of projectiles are far longer and far more unsafe. While there are tools to deal with zoning, its noticeably weaker and less options compared to other fighting games, 7-3 matchups are more common, and the quality of the game suffers as a result of it.

Yeah Injustice 2 is my favorite game and yes the zoning is too strong in this game I don't think they should take away these characters signature projectiles but they definitely shouldn't be able to throw them out constantly like maybe cost a bar to use a strong projectile for example but still this match also shows if you know how to play against zoning you can definitely beat zoners by being patient and skillful.
Tweedy is a "professional player" yeah right sure he is with that playstyle I might as well play with Cetrion and get to elder god but sadly I do not like playing tag in a fighting game there fore I'm a shao main in demi god
